We at Suhas Enterprises train our managers at two levels: Strategic, where clients are informed about the impact of choices and decisions on space, service deliverables, cost and business risk. Operational, where clients are guaranteed of corporate and regulatory compliances, and a proper operations methodology regarding creating an optimal, safe and cost effective environment to the stake holders.

Siddaraju I K is the driving force behind the idea Suhas Enterprises, an enterprise that has been a preferred choice of many clients since 2005. With more than 12 years of experience in the zero-compromise Taj Group of Hotels followed by another three years in the equally fastidious Royal Orchid, Siddaraju is the man to be trusted when it comes to facility management. A man of diverse interests he is also a qualified Gym Instructor, Swimming Instructor, Health Consultant and has a Master of Science degree in Yoga. This enables him to understand not only facility management but also the whys, hows and whatfor of every facility in any campus.

Our Quality Standards

At Suhas Enterprises our quality standards are dictated by the need of our clients, their customers and other stake holders to receive the most appropriate service and solution. Every specifications and performance expected as stated in the services contract is strictly adhered to. We understand that the responsibility of health and safety extend beyond the regular personnel at the organization and should also not pose any risks to visitors or persons outside the facility.

To meet these ends Suhas Enterprises go beyond jus BIS process and have inbuilt process mechanisms to deliver the ultimate facility management services and solutions. These include policy statement stating our commitment to quality, quality manual detailing the way in which quality standards need to be met and work practice manual detailing the procedures to be followed to comply with our quality assurance system. We take utmost care to allocate responsibility and authority to select key persons who can take emergency decisions to deal with accidents and other contingency plans that may include unexpected power cuts, bomb alerts, floods, fire, earthquakes etc. The following pages also show our certifications.
